The Indo-Australian S&T Fund is jointly managed by the Australian Government’s Department of Industry, Innovation and Science and the Government of India’s Department of Science and Technology (DST). As per the Agreement between the Government of Australia and the Government of Republic of India on Co-operation in the fields of Science and Technology on 15 October 1986, the Department of Industry, Science, Energy and Resources (DISER) of the Australian Government and Department of Science and Technology (DST) have decided to continue the collaboration and launch a joint call of Round 14.
The priority areas for collaborative research projects in Round Fourteen of the IndoAustralian S&T Fund are:
• Quantum technologies
• Earth observation remote sensing
• Groundwater resources management
• Downstream processing, recycling and tailings reclamation of critical minerals
The call for applications for Round Fourteen will open from 1st July 2021 to 30th August 2021.
